REPIQ uses MediaPipe, a real-time pose estimation model, to track your body landmarks through the camera. The analysis engine detects the full range of motion for each exercise and increments the counter automatically when a valid rep is completed — no tapping required.

The pose estimation and rep detection run entirely in-browser on your device — no video is ever uploaded to a server. REPIQ processes your movement locally in real time. The AI coaching insights (generated by GPT-4o) use aggregated form data, not raw video footage.

REPIQ currently supports 30 exercises with live form analysis and automatic rep counting — covering the major barbell lifts, bodyweight movements, and dumbbell exercises. The full exercise library contains 100+ exercises with video demonstrations, technique instructions, and camera guidance even for those not yet tracked live.
